Starting with sweeping, then pressure washing, followed by window cleaning and line striping, Top Gun Pressure Washing makes your property look like new. Customers come first. Any immediate needs or quick turn around cleaning are prioritized. All work gets schedules when customer needs it. Doing the job when, where and the way they expect it. Todd Melichar, Estimator
I grew up in California, Iowa, and Minnesota. As the son of a Military Officer, we traveled extensivley. I went to high school at Edina West and college at the University of Minnesota. My professional work history and Industry experience include; Financial, Textile, Government, Oil and Gas, Food Service, Retail, Telecommunications, owning and operating several businesses , Sales Management, Operations Management and Formal Sales Training. I have lived in Denver since 2004. I currently reside in Aurora. I have a daughter who is 13.

Andrew Hicks, Estimator/Project Manager
Andrew is a Denver native and a graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. Andrew has close to 20 years experience in Business and Market Development and Customer Relations. Andrew bases his success on honesty, integrity and a passion for delivering a quality service to his customers.
