Commitment to detail with a desire to accomplish quality service defines our internal staff. Staying on task and establishing detailed reports help the entire company analyze and track progress of present systems in place. Each individual takes special care to assist customer and staff, getting answers to any questions they may have.

Elaine Steppel, Controller
"I have worked for Top Gun on and off since 1993. My current tenure is 12 years in May 2010. I currently manage the accounting department. I am directly responsible for accounts payable, payroll and harassing everyone to keep them on their toes and happy."
